Hey, it was a misunderstanding actually. So, don't think about change in oil pump & piston stuff. I have no idea where oil pump is in Karizma. Sorry mate. One thing I can suggest is that, don't let any local mechanic open any part. You can show it to them and ask suggestion. Please go n let authorised SVC guys do the needful. Best luck buddy.

I have a month old karizma done 900kms and getting some sound from engine I have posted it here and u have replied also.I have read in ur posts that u had a oilpump failure which scratched the piston,what happened after that and what all parts did they replace.One more thing whats the procedure for checking the oil pump I m thinking of getting it checked from a local mech. Your reply will be very much helpful. Thanks.
