thanks venky.... actually i was thinking the same thing u mentioned below abt suzuki....although my 70% ride will be on highway but that will be not as open as national highways....I really liked FZ but prob is the rear seat....i will often have my wife as pillion
(in saree) so not really lookin for yamaha....its very good for young gen.....not like us for family man....so will finally narrow down to hunk

Hi, i read ur post that u were thinking abt buying GS...as a owner my advice don't do it ...

Reasons: It feels good for open roads (like test rides) but for traffic like in Mumbai no good, short gear ratios and heavy, big prob...it is quite under powered too...service and other stuff no issue in Mumbai...

Other issues : Headlights very dull and not focus
the vibs around 3.5k and 4k really annoying since its the area where ur bike will be most of the times
brakes are awful ..these things i also read before buying the bike from diff ppl but i thought they would be small probs but they are very prominent

go for the hunk...no major issues, good aerodynamics and looks good too.

or if ur looking for a Mumbaiya bike FZ-16 all the way. ...ridden it extensively so u can take my word...
In the end all that matters is engine and braking trust me.

This is just a warning ,no one did it for me when i was going to buy gs so i'm doing it for u
