I am extremely sorry for the late reply regarding the kit.

If your query is still unanswered, regarding the tools required.

    > if you are able to get the tool kit supplied from bajaj, then it will be great as they are compact and fit easily in the hood, but yea some tools are missing.

you will need a box or ring spanners (ring preferably) for opening airbox,6/8

for adjusting chain slackness, plugs you can use the stock tools supplied, (for plugs use rubber bands, or better to get a box spanner for it, dun exactly remember the size, should be 20~22 or 24~26, dunno too many numbers in my head atm.)

get a plumbers wrench to help with chain slackness adjusting.

No idea about the tool required for suspension adjustment. as i haven't tried it out myself.

That being said, i dun have any idea about the price for a replacement toolkit, so i suggest you look for options before u buy, only advantage of stock kit is that its really compact, but the tool quality isnt great.

Sorry for the late reply. Well in my case once the CDI was replaced, everything was fine. That's noise was related to one way clutch, on Pulsar220 Carb. But are you sure your tappets are tight and the silencer screws are tight.
