    chetta,do you know how many tvm p220ians are using motul ss and running sucessfully,last time my oil seal gone kaput with motul ss in engine. i have now 2 motul ss cans and in a dilemma to pour it or not.

    Now I am using Mobili 20:50 mineral to my 220. 1 litre for rs 260/- smooth and cool price wise and quality wise.

    According to our climatic condition now bike is getting more hot and harsher than ever before so i think to drain out the bajaj oil and planning to put motul 15w50.Is there any alternative oils?

    Frankly speaking I dont using both motul now....I was used 300v(FS) during my trip to yercaud.after a few days of that trip my bike's crank damaged. I dont know yet, why this was happen to me? Yes you can see a slight oil discharge on the cylinder head while using FS. I think most of the north indian's using these oil in their bikes. But humidity atmoshere in south kerala it is better to stick on mineral oil. But if you want it then first use 5100 (SS) and then to 300v(FS). Both are 15*50 grade. asper maker's claim P220 need 20*50 grade. some says 15*50 is not a problem and others warning us. Anyway now I am happy with my Mobil 20*50 mineral Oil costing Rs 270per 1 ltr bottle instead of Rs850/-motul

    hai chettai,hope u r busy with the road safety plans.I want a help from ur side.which is the best motul oil for p220 300v(FS) or 5100 (SS).some are saying they experienced oil leak from head on using 300v but some are extremely satisfied with the performance of 300v,i am confused whether to go for 300v or 5100.Btw which oil u are using and pls share ur experience
