hey mate, seems i adviced earlier too :-)
A new honda engine is not as smooth as it becomes with time, unlike pulsars. I too had hard gearshifts, but it was all gone after 1st service. I have done about 8500k's in about 6-7 months of riding. Now, i can shift from 5th of 1st with the bike standing, it has become so very smooth. Just give it time, and trust me you will love it.

Regarding the acceleration part, i did not understand. Still, would suggest you not to touch the factory settings until absolutely necessary.

    Happy zzma'ing

    Hi frnd

Finally i got my new karizma adn njoying it.
i have not yet ridden above 60 as still in runnin period.
My new karizma has now done 300kms in 3 weeks.
But the gears make a lot of noise while shifting down and its not smooth also.
I am always searching for the neutral .
Why all these problems are occuring.
Some of my frnds say that it will go with first service ,but i am not convinced.

My another querry is about acceleration .When i took the bike to service centre the guys told that it is ser for overacceleration.
And now the pick up is not that good.

I want to know how can i set it for optimum accleleration.

    Plz help me.
    thanks in advance

Okie, here is your answer. I was in the exact same situation 3 months ago, when i decided to get myself a zma R after a lot of thinking. Trust me. I too had R-15 and 220FI(carb was not launched) in mind.

I had ridden a Apache before for 3 years. My first preference was reliablilty of the bike. I had had enough with the apache, enough visits to the SC Not anymore. I drive a lot, so had to be a good commuter too I have done 6000+ kms in 3months.220FI was unreliable, and common pulsar platform too. r15 is'nt that commuter friendly, also a smaller 150cc engine. So, it was always ZMA for me.

Now, zma R or wait for new ZMR which i had been hearding for 1+ yrs Got a zma, and am 100% satisfied with it.

Well, thats my story. If you have something similiar/common, get a ZMA R. Or mayb 220(if u like, that is)

TEST DRIVE all of these around 10kms and see which suits u best.
    And go get it!

Any more queries, let me know.
