no probs mate. the setup will be pretty decent IF you dont have a big monitor to play heavy games at high resolutions. you cant play most graphics-heavy games at resoulutions more than 1280x1024. so if u use a monitor less than 19inches, the setup will do just fine.

Hey thanx bro(help provided in 9800gt graphic card)... My cousin had The same processor(E5300 @2.6Gz) he too fixed 9800gt and had experienced good graphics and gameplay...Thus, he also advised me to do the same thing...Once again thanx bro...
