Thanks! Sadly, the cyclone has hit here and there are incessant rains. I am just hoping the weather clears soon!

Congrats on you new ride. I haven't seen this metal thingy in any of the Dukes. Maybe its an addition to the RC version, however its purpose is not at all clear. It was not meant to be removed, as, by looking at the pic it does not seem to be something that can removed without hassle. Ask the svc once you them for your first service.

I found RC200 very nimble and I can compare it to R15 in terms of flexibility in traffic...took both test rides back to back...

I believe it is due the weight and height factor.

BTW congrats for your BLADE and many happy miles...

All the RC's comes with that extra metal piece inside the fuel tank opening. I have filled petrol in RC for more than 20 times, one needs to be careful while filling petrol so that there is no spillage. All the time I have asked the bunk guy to hold it above the fuel tank rather than just leaving it, that way the metal piece doesn't get bend

Thanks Gourab for that clarification! Even I wanted to tell the bunk guy to hold the nozzle and not rest but I doubt if he would have obliged. Anyways, if the bend does not hamper the functioning, I'll let it be while being extra careful to not aggravate the situation in future.

Congrates buddy enjoy your ride you will get used to riding position after sometime. i had faced same problem with R15 initially.

I was very tempted to buy RC390, when upgrading from R15 but due to required ride quality & comfort level I had to go for other bike.

But if you can manage the ride quality/comfort level given by RC 390, then it is one of the best bikes available in India.
