Can anybody throw more light on how to remove the rear tyre hugger....like its done in the below pic...

In street legal bikes we will also have the number plate attached.....so that will remain....main thing is how to get rid of the rear tyre hugger......some say its a complete unit and in order to remove the rear tyre hugger, it has to be cut out with an axle blade or something like that.....but in the pic I can see nothing like that being done.....

this one is nothing but a cut stock hugger .. try to cut urs like this.. the bike looks uber sexy after doing this.. !!!
its a simple DIY ... an hack saw will be enough for this.. then a bit of sandpaper to smoothening the cut edge..

and if possible buy a spare hugger for monsoon (costs 390 only )
