Sir, not sure if you really meant it or used it as a mataphor but I don't think Africa Twin would be even close to CBR650F in terms of pricing.
I would expect it to be in the range of tiger 1200 which is like 15-17 lakhs.

Price should be on par with the Tiger 800 somewhere between 12-13 lakhs ex showroom.
The AT sits just above the F800GS/Tiger 800(insert confusing variant names) in terms of performance despite the additional cubic capacity.

As for the 90/90 tyres, its a limitation of the front wheel being a 21" as compared to the less offroad focussed 110/80 19" on many other ADVs including the titanic aka R1200GSA.

BMW also uses the 90/90 21" front on the 1170cc HP2 Enduro bike:

Sorry, I got massively confused, missed this Africa's global launch and I went by that Twin vs Four analogy, plus this being a CKD... Will edit my post now.

They have a difference of about $3500 in price, and yes by that is reasonable to expect an exshowroom of around 11-13 Lacs...

    No Problems sir.
From what I have heard from Honda guys is that they received more interest in the DCT version. So they might bring the DCT only version in India which will make it costlier.
Although, considering that it is CKD, I feel they should bring the Manual as well, keeping the price as competitive as they can.

From what I have felt till now about Honda's strategy is that they are not bothered about being competitive in pricing or selling a certain number of units every year. They just know that they have good products and they expect their loyal followers will buy these at any cost and Honda seems happy with it. Now, what I do like about Honda is that they do offer complete ownership experience atleast in the cities where the Wing dealerships are. I am no way saying that other's aren't, but Honda does feel solidly built, reliable, cheaper to maintain with extended warranties and stuff.

This with the brand faith does go a long way in pulling customers to their showrooms.
