woah!!!! LOVE the way the new k9 gixxer looks!!! Super yum!

The gladius seems quite well prepped for india..

and you can't sue a company for manufacturing something that sounds "similar" to another product name...

besides, if this were EVER to launch in india - yam would be the ones to win in a name confusion scene - cmon, a 600cc+ bike compared to a puny 125????? Get real!

'sides - yammie, unlike bajaj, has to get that market share. Cant quite waste money on lame corporate lawsuits when the company's going through a massive loss?
