Suzuki's all new SFV650 Gladius unveiled for 2009 season | BikersUnite Blog Code:
The second new motorcycle revealed by Suzuki in Paris is the Gladius 650. Based on the Suzuki SV650’s v-twin engine, the Gladius is aimed at a more novice audience. Suzuki has revealed little about the bike - the frame appears to be a combination of steel trellis and an alloy casting, with basic suspension and brakes to keep the price down. The engine is a modified version of the latest twin-plug SV650 engine – it’s not clear whether the engine is detuned. Suzuki's all new SFV650 Gladius unveiled for 2009 season | MCN Looks good . Any resemblance with Ducati???

Maybe coz that'll attract Yammy to sue Suzy, for copyright infringements as their offering sounds similar, i.e. Gladiator.

K9 GSXR is also out. hope, suzuki has succeeded in building a better GSXR this year with some changes in engine like over-square bore and stroke (74.5mm x 57.3mm), and higher compression ratio. No info on the dry weight of the bike though. waiting for full specs to be out.

Why do Suz always have to make such boring exhausts,
Lights making way for air scoops seems to be the in thing for 2009!
