Guys, I think its an E-Scooter.

Anyways, 45 kmph has been achieved before, so it ain't that revolutionary.
In fact, I have heard 65 kmph on a e-bike available in India. Can't recall the name right now.

Ebikes already do 40Kph. I was like WOW when i read Hero Launches high speed bikes but then laughed out loud when i read top speed of 45Kph. Man, Media can certainly attract readers !!
