Like it or not man, the damn this is a quad bike... the tyres surely look silly on the machine...but the body is designed pretty well.
maybe they only made it to run on streets and not off road...but I appriciate the design very much

Default Harley-ICICI tie-up

For people who are serious...there was a press release lying around the HD pavilion that I picked up.
HD has tied up with Icici to provide financing. Here are the terms:

Upto 85% financing of the price (don't know ex-showroom or OR)
Upto 5 year term starting at 11% r.o.i

Starting EMI of Rs 12845/ per month for a XL883 Low.

There's an EMI calculator as well on the HD website.

Hope this helps

the word that i got from one of the yamaha officials was that, they are not keen on 250 atm, though they are watching the ninja closely. They are not expecting the ninja to do well. someone go show em the bookings of the bike.

also the commuter bike is based on the FZ16 engine, and is a 135 cc supposedly ( under bored engine). It would be fun to see, if this bike can be fitted with the bigger bike's bore and head and carburettor to increase performance.

I talked to some important-looking chap there and he said they will launch a 200+ cc bike by ~August. He mentioned a Diwali launch.
