As it is since the ocassion is "Mega xBhp Meet" it should be any official place of xBhp whether Dhaba or the Lane.... but since if we meet at xBhp Lane we wont be getting anything to eat, hence dhaba is the best....

@ALL OUTSIDERS visiting the Expo & attending this Mega g2g. Plz try to be there on a WEEKEND. As most of us are working & wont be getting any holidays in JANUARY. Mumbai xbhp'ians will be visiting on a weekend. Coming on SATURDAY Morning or FRIDAY Night & leaving on SUNDAY evening.

@SUNNY, MG: Plz make this g2g on a Weekend.

The place is not final and can be decided based on everyone's preference and group strength.

Hi MG Bro,

I would be coming to Auto Expo on 5th as I have a Business Visitor Printout, from the online registration.
I suppose, many of us would be having those registrations only. So, Why not fix the date on 5th?

As you know, we can visit on later dates too, but it would be a public rush! And we can forget photography too, if any such plans exist.

I have an idea - Why not have 2 G2G's? One on 5th and the other for members without registr. on maybe 10th/ 11th or so?
And the important Xbhp Staff/ members can be present on both G2G's. The member count would be less & manageable too...

So, what do you say?

...thought for an hour for less....

indiagate could be a choice or the old xbhp lane....

Lets make a rough list of the members who can come on starting dates or ending dates, so that we can have a rough idea wether the respective meeting point could be able to accomodate these figures.
P.S. As zayn said one delhi xbhpian with one outside member as a pillion would be quite helpful..
