Default My expressions!!!

I visited Auto Expo yesterday and I regret being there.

Firstly, the way the passes were distributed, made it almost non-sense to have Business hours. the crowd was almost lunatic, staying glued to stalls that had either some good babes or some decent models( Cars/Bikes- and in the same order of preference).

almost all of the pavilions were a way too crowded, leaving almost no scope for some genuine interaction with the displays. Few of the points worth mentioning here are:
  • The attendents at the Fiat stall were the worst of the lot. The way they were attending to people made everyone feel miserable. especially the female attendent at Fiat 500. Havent seen any attendent more rude then her.
  • The male Attendant at Jaguar also showed his utter dis-interest in participation. The way he was standing near the XF showed as if he is the one who owns them and was there as a part of some Sentence that the Court of Law has pronounced on him.
  • Mercedes Benz people were the most illetrate of the most. cant believe that the Mercedes officials dont know what's a BRABUS!
  • Most of the good looking vehicles were only CONCEPT vehicles, so we cant expect them to be on Roads( at least Our roads) very soon.
  • The trucks displayed at Tata stall were Mouthwatering, to an extent that I am ready to quit my job to work as a driver for those marvelous pullers.
  • The way Honda Cars had put up their cars without any Perimeter Ropes made the life of the female attendants more miserable. stupid, Vulguar, Vague enquiries were being bombarded on them and it showed on their pretty face.
  • Most of the female attendants were too scantly dressed on the cold day. The reaction due to cold along with stupid Junta was visible on almost everyone's face.
  • Male attendants at HD stall were just as per the Cult. Macho, Rude!
  • Few of the stalls that impressed me were: TVS TYRES where Mr. M.Sivasubramaniam(VP, Domestic sales) was humble, polite and intelligent in attending to the queries. He informed about the TVS plans to roll out Tubeless tyres of 18" pretty soon( much to relief of US poor Zma riders), also the basic information of much debated HARD / SOFT compound. (Lappoo, hope you are listening.)
  • Further, the wonderful female attendents at the Hyundai stall were the best of the lot. Apart from their good looks, they were decently informed and Utmost polite. all Cheers to them and to the management.
  • Mercedes SLS under the AMG was impressive.the Female attendents were class apart. Polite and elegant.
  • Our mates at our Xbhp stall were good in handling the queries and informing about the Forum. Kudos to all the Men behind it. Ken.... it goes to you too.
  • Hero Honda stall, despite the lack of new models was the best. The water work was amazing.
  • Bajaj's stall, managed by over own Daddy Bandhav was good. One of the KTM was a kick-ass.!
But also would like to add that the views expressed above are entirely mine and are not innfluenced by any one, nor would I like to influenec anyone. Please go without any prejudice.

@dcs: True. Yesterday, it was really pathetic; business hours or no business hours, didn't really made any difference.

Also, worth mentioning is the TOYOTA stall where the attendants were polite and replied to the queries with utmost patience. On quite the contrary, the attendants at the Honda Motorcycles didn't even know whether the "new" color scheme of the 1000RR is on sale or not. I knew that Honda has already sold a few pieces on the new 2010 color combination, but just to check the attendant's so called "knowledge", I asked them, and all they did was shy away! Rude and so not professional!

As said by dcs, TVS stall was magnificient. The officials interacted in a real good way, and answered to each query in a very detailed way and ofcourse very politely.

bajaj is going to be terminator for all the other indian bike co.s. The new LS135 going to set a new era in tech after the Dtsi tech.even tho thier strategy is confusing for its own customers and the industry it sure to make a concern to other manufaturers. LS135 almost kills thier own XCD,Discover135 and pulsar 150.

hope yamaha will act on the new challenge in tech with better upgraded machines ASAP.

what about a dual purpose machine which no one had ventured so far ? regular upgrades for R15, FZ will also be a move in the right direction

Oh by the way, why are you 'forced' to think of people's deprvation? Do you have solutions? In this case I hope you very well know what it makes you if you have one

I hope you are not scouting for a business opportunity of a certain kind here.
Nitin, it could have been a joke. Chill out man
