Rider Mania again in Goa in 2009?? - xBhp.com : The Global Indian Biking Community

Rider Mania is happening twice in the same year.

A quick google of Rider mania shows the first result to the rtmc.xxxxxxxx... which points to a website of Rider Mania 2009 sponsored by Castrol. On the other hand, www.ridermania.in seems to speak of an event that seems to be sponsored by Royal Enfield, again in 2009.

I saw the ads in the Autocar magazine as well as received an emailer for this since I am registered on www.royalenfield.com- Confusion!

My concern is while the event sounds great (as per details on their one page site), it's for 4 days in Goa and that means 7 days of leave from work - am not sure how we are going to swing that at such short notice!

This has been know for a while now. Goa RM is being organised by RE and the One in Jan 2010 by indiethumpers in Mumbai.

And R E is trying its best to take over Rider Mania which the clubs will not agree. I guess they are starting to take off with the Goa thing and will host one more next year..

But as of now , the RMX is happening in Goa

Haha niks - see it got you there too. RM X is the version by Inddiethumpers in Bombay in Jan 2010.

RE RM is the one in Goa in Nov 2009.

You are right, the clubs are totally against this particular edition. Though some people are just happy to have two events to go to
