Default The Valentino Rossis in Mumbai

I have a red R15. I travel approximately 75 kms almost every day on my bike to my college, and I have a habit of wearing my gloves on my bike and as I carry my laptop with me, I have a armored backpack (as it has back protection and laptop protection as well). Well I was on my bike, returning from college one day, when suddenly a Black P150 (guess fitted with K&N filter as it was making a loud intake noise) with "NO" mirrors, loud ugly exhaust, no mudguard, fat tire with a pillion rider and no helmets, came besides me and honked a BIG loud pressure horn which startled me. After seeing me suddenly god knows what happened to him, he started going zing sag through the traffic as if he owns the bloody whole road. First I didn’t pay attention to him and let him pass me. The pillion rider looked back at me and said “saala r15 pe hava kar raha hain” even when I didn't do anything (guess he said that because I wear gloves), and they seemed to disappear somewhere in the traffic. I thought to myself what morons we have here. Then to my surprise at the next signal suddenly again that guy pops out of nowhere besides me and cuts me this time badly.

Well, my point is why such idiotic behavior? What is wrong with people? Don’t they care for their lives? They are just bloody endangering their and other people’s lives by their stupid behavior? I mean come on people, were not in the States where we have open wide expressways where there’s plenty of road to play around with. Rather those people are more disciplined then us. Their first rule is Give way to the oncoming traffic, and ours... “Make way through the traffic”.

People have no sense of traffic here, going zig-zag. Honking loud horns, loud abusing, and unnecessary speeding on congested roads. These type of behavior just irritates and frustrates me. Can’t something be done about such ridiculous behavior of Indian traffic?
