Stance:
There isn't any technical definition for stance of the bike,. But it can be said that it is the general outline of a bike which defines it's purpose and style.
Stance of a bike does not mean the seating position of the rider. That is Riding stance. Riding stance is shown by the triangle that we have seen before.
Stance is majorly shown by front fairing position, tank and tail piece. Stance generally makes the bike feel aggressive or gentle. Ducatis have a relatively upright stance. The headlight fairing is higher from the tyre. The tank and the tail are in somewhat same line. The tank peak is rear biased. The Japanese bikes have an aggressive stance. The fairing is much closer to the front wheel. The tail is very high pointing upwards. And the tank peak is usually directed towards the front part.

In the following example, we see that how the stance of the Kawasaki Z1000 changed with time. How upright it was and how slanted it is now.

Just checkout the peak of the tank! So,higher the peak, the more muscular the bike looks.

Nowadays there is an increased trend towards aggressive design. All of the other types, namely cruisers, tourers, etc are moving towards forward inclined sports styling.

Another good example is of Ducati Streetfighter. Designer Damien Basset had the brief that the bike's stance should like a big cat ready to pounce.

Hence the headlight goes very low. Below the peak of the tank. Making it aggressive.

Comments welcome.

Posting about the Mojo 300

First impression about the bike is that it is not bad. But price will determine everything. It is a Malaguti rip off. Or maybe they bought the designs from Malaguti.

I would like to comment on the design.

The tank line goes up while the belly pan line goes down. It is an opposing effect. Then the tail goes up like a motocross bike. The headlight size makes the tank look very small. The radiator cover is not so well executed. Rest is ok.

The tank peak should be higher.

I won't be buying this bike. Because it is not a sports bike. And for a streetbike, it is way behing the latest trend of muscle bikes. Wherein you have small headlight and big tank.

I feel those changes will make the bike look like the monster which would have been a killer but sadly its more unconventional than the monster

Well not entirely. It would make it look like the old KTM Duke 2 .

the old dukes look awkward even the SMT for that matter... but what the heck.. they are purpose built.

Any more suggestions?
How about a cafe racer look with the appropriate tank and headlamp?

I have feeling that if the front shocks are smaller , the mojo 300 will look much better!
Even compared to Malaguti MR250 from which it is based , this thing has a longer front shock.( similar to those american choppers!)
The long shocks tend to give the impression that the visual center of attraction is towards rear and the mass is situated at the rear like a cruiser whereas in the Malaguti MR250 visual center of attraction is towards center and the mass is situated at the center thus giving the impression of a naked street bike .Right now it seems confused between a cruiser and naked bike with those long shocks!
