I waited for six long months. Joelbhai replaced the damage block. After getting the replaced one There was again some problem in the sleeve. Passed some pictures to joelbhai and he suggested to do minor honing. Went to the shop with my mechanic and guy did the perfect work. Now mechanic started the operation and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Got the bigbore kit installed today. My god! just cant believe with the performance of my karizma. Feeling as if i am driving a new bike. Its much smooth now than before. No vibration. I tried driving in 5th gear with very slow speed just to test, found no knocking and it goes very smooth. Not driven in speed yet but Within a flash it is reaching 80 kmph. I am sure any one who is interested should go for it without hesitation. joelbhai, i want to request you to do the packing in such a way that even if the courier guy throws the parcel, there should not be any damage inside. I want to specially Thank Joelbhai. Without you it was not possible. I wish you best luck for the future. Keep flying.

After installing bigbore kit in my ZMA, Completed 1200+ kilometers. Yesterday night roads were very clear. First thing came in my mind is to check it's top speed. I was able to reach above 135. I am sure It could have touched 140 but There was a slope on road so i slowed down. Reaching 135+ is easy for many bikes available in India but the matter is how fast it can be achieved! All I can say is YOUR work is "SMART AS A WHIP"


Two years ago, Without bigbore kit also I touched 130 but it took much longer time. But yesterday it was much less time and it was much quicker. It was like a ROCKET.

Dear Joel

My ZMA [2006] Stock

Give me 40 Kmpl in my riding style.
-Most of the time crusing at 60-70
-Overtake at 70-90

Will the mode effect the my mileage[with my above driving style] if i do this mod on my bike?
