Sir,
Followed ur steps and got everything done . Ride quality has improved slightly and engine is quite smooth. Thanks a Lot for Guiding me .. But there is slight metal vibration coming from exhaust(when i rev high only) which is assume is due 2 high pressure air . is it common or did i do something wrong ?

Good to hear that. The engine revvs up more freely than before. You'll also discern a slightly better mileage. As for the vibration, its probably one of the heat shields thats resonating. Note that it'll happen only within a certain RPM range, say between 6000-7000 RPM. The allen-bolts holding them in place suffer from rust as they are exposed to both moisture and heat. Re-tightening them to factory specs is usually not possible due to rust on the threading. Tighten them up again after a day or two of use. Things should settle down with regular usage.

Could someone throw some light on the permissible limit (noise limit) of exhausts on motor vehicles in India?
