Fellow riders and track addicts

This is Jeeva here,been associated with xBhp for two years now . I also represent ‘Apex racing’ a club formed by group of track addicts who have been in two wheeler racing for a while now. The objective of the club is to encourage bikers to test their limits at the track. It’s never safe to test on highways / city roads and it’s fun to ride on a race track just the way we play cricket on weekends

As part of this venture we at apexracing are organising a two wheeler track event in Kari Motorspeed Way (KMS) Race Track, Coimbatore. This event is for two full days on track. So no opposite traffic, no cattle passing, no honking truck, no traffic junction… just tarmac, machine and you.

Venue : KMS, Coimbatore
Date : 23rd Oct 8:00 a.m to 24th OCT 6:00 p.m.
Cost : Rupees 3000 (till 15th OCT) , 3300 ( 15 – 20th OCT) and 3500 for gate crashers

Note: Maximum entries would be limited to 30 riders.

The riders would be divided into group based on their expert levels.

Transportation for Bikers from Bangalore to Coimbatore and to track (round trip) can be arranged if required ( Rs 1300)

Accommodation for bikers can be organized at Coimbatore on multiple sharing basis (Rs 450)

Bike transportation from Bangalore can also be organized (Rs 1900)

Bikes are available that can be rented out on twin sharing basis

Few experienced riders and veterans will be at the track to proving feedback / tips.

Exclusive Motographers will be available to click rider performance based pictures (for learning) and Pictures for your posters. No other cameras will be permitted on track as the right of photography is limited to apex racing.

Basic south Indian lunch will be provided on track. Non Alcoholic drinks will be available for sale at the track.

Please note that an entry will be confirmed only when the entire amount has been paid to the club.

hey dude thanks for showing interest.....events can be organised but we have to see the availability of the track also and thats a very difficult job.....try to join us for the first event if possible......

Its a nice start!! Hope the Greater Noida track finishes and opens for public use soon. Cant wait to have a track day.

I am really game for this. The only decision I need to be making now is if I should be riding down on my bike or if can be renting myself an RTR there !

Can I rent an RTR there jeeva ?
If yes how much more will it cost me over Rs 3300

Tenhut...good to know that you are interested man.....if you are not willing to ride down then let me know I will book 1 RTR for you......

Yes you can rent out an RTR here and the cost will be 2250 per head....the bike will be shared between two people.....and the price is inclusive of fuel.....

nice initiative for the beginners there jeeva....i m greatly interested but sadly cant make it out this time, should be there the nxt time you guys organise..i have a couple of queries, is full leathers needed for the track day? and is this just the for the track experience or is it organised with instructors, etc..
