Default The Two Worlds We Live In

Just got thinking about how the world we live in could, in a way, be divided into two.

1. The First World : The world of bike lovers. A world of two wheels with a roaring, growling engine between the legs. A world of a million highways rushing in, cutting through the wind. The adrenalin rush as you cross 100. Pre dawn take offs, the dawn of a new day as you cross new boundaries, new landscapes, new languages, new food, new people. The world of high mountain roads and hairpin curves. freezing cold, drenching rain or blazing sun. Breathtaking valleys, lonely forests or never ending beaches. Maybe in groups or maybe solo but riding, riding, riding and loving every minute.

2. The Other World: The more sane (?) world. The world of four wheels and buses, trains and planes. A safer, more comfortable and sometimes quicker way to get from point A to B. They usually think the former are crazy, risk taking fools. I guess we all travel this way some time or the other because there’s no choice, but the passion will always be for two wheels.

@mods. Just a rambling reflection. Would love to hear our bike lovers thoughts

Could have been very interesting and worthwhile if you had built upon this. Without a direction this would only lead to a wide discussion, hence locking the topic.
