Does that mean that now I have to either scrap off either HERO or HONDA name from my HH Super Splendor, another question, who will service the Hero Honda Bikes, Hero or Honda ?????

Your local mech.. lol.. Whoever has the majority stake.. It may also be possible that institutional investors may take some of the chunk.. If Hero has the majority then Hero, if Honda then it might want to merge it's divisions..

Looks like ZMA/ZMR and other HH bikes are going to be classics

But what about spares, now itself ZMA/ZMR spares are hard to find !!

Yeah, down the lane after 2 or 3 years it'll be tough finding the spares i guess because some of the parts are directly imported from Honda, Japan, With no more Hero - Honda alliance, the Hero group will have tough time sourcing parts i guess.
This opportunity will be grabbed by some local manufacturers and we'll see many parts being locally manufactured but i dont think the quality of the parts wil remain the same.. Hmm lets wait n watch
