Nothing happens on my Pulsar.. But on other bikes, this shouldn't be done as it will damage something and that is the reason why BAL probably installed the engine-on cut-off.

Sort of funny to hear how many manufacturers save a few rupees by not including the engine running check on their "premium" bikes.

Pull in the clutch with gear engaged and press starter (clutch pulled)/ kick, see if that starts your machine...

if it was the ol kinetic,you could hear two gears grinding against will and thats bye bye bendix and flywheel.

And I thought it happens on low end bikes like my super splendor.
Good thing is nothing happens on my P200 due to Engine-on cut off.

Its surprising to know that manufacturers like hero honda and yamaha dont provide this simple yet usefull feature in thier premium bikes.
