@Rajesh: thanks mate...anyway the bike was repaired at a cost of 6.7K...since then I'm getting sceptic & slowing down at sections where my visibility isn't covering the road clearly...I don't want to repeat the mistake any more...

And remember, do not assume that there's no vehicle. For instance, some ppl driving or riding in night would overtake a vehicle when they don't see light coming from opposite direction. Logic being that, since there's no light, there's no vehicle on the opposite direction. Yes, this used to be true several years ago, but now, there're morons driving in wrong way with light & right direction without light

Also when you have visibility, ENSURE, ensure very well that you don't have any obstacles & be prepared if you encounter one. Open all your senses to road & road only.

well said, bro...surely will do...recently I read the article about [survival tips on long road] by OldFox...I am trying to identify my mistakes and looking out open & in wide angle to judge the road ahead...
