Default Need suggestions for biking related books

I was surprised that there is no thread dealing with Biking literature.

So here is my query. What biking/motoring/riding related books will you suggest for a average rider, who is ever learning?

I am more interested in books that deal with the mechanics of our motorbikes, the engineering part if you will. Suggestions for books which do not fall into this category is also welcome as someone else might find the information useful too.(but it still has to do something with biking/motoring/riding)

So please pour in with your valued suggestions.

Here are the 4 books on riding that you must have:

1. A Twist of the Wrist - Keith Code.
2. Soft Science of Road Racing Motorcycles- Keith Code.
3. A Twist of the Wrist II - Keith Code.
4. Sport Riding Techniques - Nick Ienatsch

There are plenty of more, but these are very good.

+1. Each of these are very highly recommended. Twist of the Wrist is also available on DVD. Grab a copy on ebay/amazon/torrent. Video's explain it well and its easier to get a hang of the techniques.

anmol_1990, howstuffworks has good info, but it doesn't have the detail and depth that i am seeking. But thanks for replying anyways.

This is a good thread and some good suggestions on riding technique books. However, the first thing anybody will need regarding bikes mechanics is the Service Manuals. I don't know about Indian bikes but most of the popular foreign bikes have service manuals available on net to be downloaded. If there is one available for Indian bike, then this thread can be a good place to share.
