Lightbulb Road safety handbook and MESSED UP PAshan road

Pune Roads ruined yet again. First BRT, then removing circles, life taking dividers (alternately mounted stones)

then one ways and n number of more messed up constructions

PASHAN ROAD (PASHAN CIRCLE TO CHANDNI CHOWK) - Pune is officially the best ' (made and runied road) speed breakers every 100 meters. 4 lanes wide, without dividers and last two lanes used as 'PARKING' and waste space

More and more speed breakers (or should i say car-brakers) on a lovely road : (every 100 meters) atleast 12 (one side/way) in a small patch. placed in unnecessary places. actually illegal, thus converted into mini-pedestrian crossings, but I have not seen any pedestrian use it till date. no markings or warnings.

Ruining car n bike suspensions. Public vehicles like pmt's don't care n go fast over it. Endangering people's lives as something new comes up every day. Destroying traffic n congesting it. Increasing fuel consumption, pollution, noise, and wasting time. A BIG national loss. Or is it that fuel and vehicle companies pay you guys to put bumps for increasing their business?
If you wans people to drive properly, speed breakers is not the right answer. The amount of people cutting lanes to avoid the speed breaker in their lane has increased. Some vehicles like busses and trucks, n some motorcyclists don't care n run over it fast. Do you think a braking vehicle and speeding vehicle is desirable in the same lane at the same time? To avoid collissions, people go on the wrong side of the road. You have ruined one good road we had in pune. Thanks guys. Hats off to your effort on screwing the city more.
If you want people to drive properly, start from yourself. I garentee u a 100% that you yourself do not know any of the rules. If you think you do, go to spain, germany, dubai, US or any advanced country and pass the license test there. No one here know how to even turn right properly.. leave all rest. Not even 1 percent rear passengers wear a seatbelt in a car. Out of those who wear front seatbelts,30% just hook it in their arm to avoid getting caught. What they don't realise is that in case of a crash, their hand will break. 10% riders wear a helmet, 1% pillions wear a helmet. And 0.1 percent riders wear a proper gear. You all wanna contribute to national destruction and population reduction, please carry on the things you do. I guess there is no answer to this, except ignorance. It seems like I'm the fool trying to get pigs out of the muddy swamp.

Here is a link to understand how to drive/ride properly. Kindly follow. Change yourself, to change the nation.
Please download the PDF and READ. Admin- please upload it here as the external server may remove the file. its pretty important.

We live in a country, that has everything, yet has nothing.
