Both. Your Engine needs to Breathe in and out. We do manufacture amazind free flow airfilters. You can buy one for 1500/- INR. Mail : info@electronperformance.com If you dont like it, you get a full product cost refund.

We also manufacture carbon fibre exhausts, but they are expensive and typically designed for 250, 400, 600, 1000 cc motorcycles. and are expensive. In my opinion, start of with an air filter, then if you feel the need of an upgrade, continue further.

Will update with more information once i get the bike back.

Thanks !
OK. Finally got the big bore and head installed. however, the mech said that the new cam could not be fitted as it was missing certain pins (2 in number) which help in attaching the cam to the chain i guess.

I have attached the images below.

When i asked him to use the existing one from the old cam, he said it could not be done as it risked damage to the existing cam.

When asked to get it from their spare parts shop and install it, he says that it is not in stock and v hard to find..

I am not sure i am looking at this in the right perspective.

Could anyone please throw some light on this? I really do want to get the new cam installed.

Thanks again for your replies !!

@Joel,

I recently sent my ECU to your place for a Re-map as the fueling was a bit rich,

After testing the new map, The bike pulls really good from standstill, feels more torquey.

But one observation makes me type this, I find typical loud cone type K&Nish air intake sound at 5K-6K RPM precisely. I use your Simota Air Filter, before the remap no such sound was found in race concepts ECU and stock ECU also has no such sound.

So one thing is very sure it intakes more Air with the new map,

The question is does the ECU have the parameters capable of controlling AIR intake in an R15?
