CBZ from what you have jotted above, it looks like a very broad perspective. Even I belong to the category of people , who sit and type with no interest in their jobs. Just like , I am working by force and not by choice. If you can give more idea about what exactly are you trying to start up or venture with , we can have a little more discussions.

That's exactly what I was doing for 2 years (I'm a software engineer) until I realised this is not what I am meant for. Against all odds, I've managed to break free from the rat race and pursue our common passion - Motorcycling.

Now, what am I talking about here ??? The answer is simple - Passion meets Profession !!

I have a lot of respect for every fellow xBhpian out here . I am surprised to see that every biker has so much technical knowledge and expertise in the field of biking. Bikers of such potential should get together to change the face of Motorcycling in India.

I stick by the basic values and aims of xBhp :

Promoting Safe Riding and Helmet Awareness	Shaping motorycling as a lifestyle in India, especially on performance bikes	Support bikers in India to realize their dreams and potential on two wheels

I have incorporated the first aim in myself by transforming from an idiot street rider to a responsible biker.

Now, I would like to focus on the 2nd and the 3rd aims.

I want bikers across India to realize their potential on two wheels racing. A safe and legal platform to showcase their talent is the MAJOR HURDLE in the country .

Organized Stock Bike Racing on a legal speedway/racetrack is what I feel will help to take this thing across the hurdle.

I am sure everyone out here has fantasized about racing their STOCK STEED everyday.

That would be great...
but there are gonna be a lot of hurdles to overcome, namely-
FINANCE (to kick start the process)
FEASIBILITY (for sustainment)
VENUE (only one recognized race track in the country)
ORGANISATION (most imp.)
and legality....
