Yes the piston does get jammed inside the bore due to its over expansion( al expands more than iron for the same temp. difference). this happens when there is less than optimum clearance betn piston and bore or due to excess engine heat( lack of lubrication or sustained high speed riding.

What is a 360 degree crank and a 180 degree crank?

Good question. Well, 360* Cranks were used in older machines. 360 degree cranks mean that the crankpin for all four pistons is in the same plane.

360* cranks provide a (1-0-1-0) Firing order, which smoothens the power delivery a bit, compared to a single cylinder. Watch this crank and you can imagine it in your mind:-->

---
and a 180* Crank is very famous from those Litre Class Replicas (except 09' R1). Piston No. 1 & 4 are 180* apart from Pistons No. 2 & 3.

Generally, the pistons fire in (1,2,4,3) combination, but it changes from era to era & machines to machines.

The image below shows a 180* Crankshaft:-->

----
Degree of the Crankshaft, is decided on basis of rotation between 2 firings.

Remember, 09 R1 does NOT belong to this category as it has UNEVEN Firing order (Firing Degrees are 270-180-90-180)

Well the information is less, but anyways....
1.Check your electrical systems for connectivity on multimeter. (e.g. starting from ignition switch, kill switch)coz bullet has got electrical problem.
2.fuel
3.Carburetor
4.Plug (Electra need w145z1)
5.Push rods (should be loose, not too much tight)
6.HeadGasket.
7.Worn Out rings (lack of compression, silencer wet or oilyyyy???)
let me know more
