thanks..
with any performance airfilter., the afr changes. You can run on richer mixture without harming the engine. And richer mixture means better throttle response and lower fuel efficiency.

As far as I know, such a modification, even if successful is going to screw up the handling, ride height and the front braking of the Pulsar.

If you want to do so, it might not actually happen, because the wheel has some washers inside (I don't know the exact name) and their grooves (where these washers fit) in both the bikes' wheel, should match equally which is rare.

Even then, chain-sprockets differ among both the bikes, so you can safely conclude that its not feasibly possible...

I suggest you fit a big tyre directly on the rear wheel of the Pulsar. Keep the tube intact and you can use these tyres:

MRF Zapper-C 120/80x17
MRF Zapper 140/70x 17

The things i thought in which i need your help are :

1*I wanna change mud guard to semi or remove it.But m thinking as im a city rider will my clothes get dirty on removing it?

2*Removing chain cover:
was thinking to remove the full chain cover to like of new pulsars.what say?

3*will angel eyes luk gud on P135Ls?

4*Any front decal ideas for visor.
Was thinking of getting a transformers logo on front visor.

5*Warlocks pulsars in Stunt mania underground.
I saw those byks in which they had led piping done in 3 spokes of tyres.
Will it affect the riding in some way?

6*Getting engine black.
I wanna change the engine color from greyish to black. Can i do it myself and how much will it cost.Any problems with it?

7*I saw in some bikes dat color of tyres is darkened with the help of some sprays?
Any ideas.

8*Stickering it.
Thought of getting those racing stripes across the body like in Fz.will it look good?
Any more ideas will also be entertained.

Pls do tell the details and money involoved.
Thanks in Advance.

^^ What made you think that this is the proper thread to ask these questions? Please ask them in the modification or P135 ownership thread.

Guys,

I have a small question,

Is Throttle Free Play in the Accelerator really required???

If required then what is the advisable length?? I own an R15.

Yes its needed. Else when the handlebar is turned the either side to the extreme, the throttle may get raised by a small bit, if there is no play.

Around 2cm is good enough.

^^ don't u think 2 cm throttle freeplay is a bit too much, i keep it at 0.5 cm.
