This is the same mod that we will offer for an all-out mod.
The camshaft will also come-by shortly and then we will supply the valve springs too.

The bigbore will be up in stock in the next 1-2 weeks. The carb and exhaust is in stock now.
Good to know about it Joel.
BTW the K&N breather filter you mentioned,is it for good filtration or any additional performance gain expected through it?Please pardon my noob question.

The vent filter is just a crankcase breather filter. Nothing else.

But I just want to know if the below Modification/Advancements are the only ones you have identified for the P220, cuz i want to go the whole hog with my bike modification.

1) Tuned Free Flow Exhaust,
2) 33mm CV racing carb - Please let us know the results if you have made any test runs with the same.
I rode the bike after the mod all the way from bangalore to Mumbai, the vibes have disappeared, the engine is too eager to rev as compared to before. No signs of overheating(as compared to what one experiences with a new bore.Performance test is still pending thanks to my ongoing office project that is nearing completion.I couldnt help notice the grin on joel's face when he came back after the test run
3) Cylinder head work

Any changes done to the piston as indicated in velociraptor13's post above. Any feedback on the same. Have you installed the Racing Valve springs on any of the machines?
The piston in the picture is a semiforged piston, extremely lighter in weight than the stock designed to bump up the compression(quite evident from the pic)

Please let me know how much time it will take to have everything executed to perfection. I will surely be visiting your garage sometime mid next month
I would say an entire day(including assembly, testing, checking etc)

Too many question I know.. But that how eager i am to transform my bike to a really free revving bike.
My answers in bold

What a smooth bike Rakesh has now(Anyday smoother then a new 220)!!!!The engine doesnt at all feel stressed at high rpm with WOT .Its so smooth.I just took a short spin with the DECIBEL killer on.Just had a chance to open the throttle full in 1st and 2nd gear. and dam the rpm climbs effortlessly that to with the DECIBEL KILLER on.Dint get a chance to test it properly but looking at the way the bike performed that too with the decibel killer on,I am impressed .Wanted to see how it performed without the decibel killer. anyways next time we meet up will do a proper test The whole package is worth it I say!! .Now just waiting for my BIGBORE to arrive
One of my friend got his FFE and we did some testing. He just has the ffe and rest all is stock. He weights around 80-85kg :P and just with the FFE his 0-100 timing came around 10.14 sec(speedo)

Hey Veloci,, thanks for the update.. Looks like my bank balance is going to take a hit looking at your feedback. But its going to be one happy spend.

Coming to the most famous Indian quote when it comes to vehicles 'Kitna deti hai?". what was the fuel efficiency before and after all the mods. Just curious.
