hi, does anyone here own a mini pocket rocket?

i went through this site
Pocket Bikes, Mini Bikes, Motorcycles & Pocket Bike Parts at MiniPocketRockets

these bike look fun to ride and the site claims a top speed of 47mph ( 47cc ones)
a Cagllari costs 179 USD = 7,937.75 INR which is very reasonable ,but the website doesnt ship outside the US.

this website is known for scamming people as well though,i read a lot of negetive reviews about these people.

has anyone had any experience with these mini bikes,are there any local manufacturers or retailers of these?
and are these street legal here?
