Hi .

I have a two year Apache 180 .. First the gears started acting funny and the electricals . I gave it to a local mechanic and I was told that the electrical coil is gone and I had to shell out 3000rs to change it . Now suddenly on the highway when I tried to change the gear the bike stopped it got stuck in one gear . I could ride the bike in only one gear . Now the mechanic says the whole gear set has to be changed and that would cost rs8000 . Is there any way around it ? Or is there a good mechanic in chennai ,Who knows his stuff .who I can really trust and have my bikes issue fixed ?
