Maybe its some sort of balance that the glasswool maintains. Because apart from performance, when I rev and leave the throttle, the revs drop down without the normal smoothness and sound.

Also, I contacted AutoMech Exhausts via e-mail, and they have exhausts for 200/ 220 and P180 UG4, but there's no exhaust for Pulsar 180 UG3.
Any other place where I can get a very basic but well made performance exhaust?

Joel has refused, Automech have refused, what else are my options? That KRP which is supposedly told as crap by people...?

Hey dude, i have a A180 and even i'm in a similar position to yours.
I dont wanna leave this bike ever, i'll buy a new one, but wont leave this
I have decided to go with joel's big bore kit but i dont like his exhaust, i dont like its design and the chrome... If he offers a carbon fiber for a higher price(heard rumors) then i'll be the first one to take it... but there is no confirmation from his side. So, i'm in the lookout for a reliable performance increasing exhaust...

Bikes like the CBZX, P180, Unicorn, CB Dazzler, Acheiver etc are commuter oriented internally. The p180 shares a few bits with the bigger brother, so if there is a demand (which we have not seen) for hotrodding a particular version, I will surely look into it.
For now the CBR250 and the Ninja 250 is added to the list. The Ninja 650 will also have some tune packages later.
Eventually the 150cc class will grow bigger to the 250cc segment, so lets welcome the change. The CBR is a sweet bomb!
Joel Bro, now you give reboring kits for all these bikes (Achiever, CBZX, Unicorn, Dazzler, etc.) except the P180. (I understand that this reboring part appears to be common for all these Honda 150's).

But you can still have a similar rebore kit for most of the Pulsar family, including P150 UG3, P180 UG3, and P150 UG4 and UG 4.5. Anything like 160cc and 190cc will do just fine!

Everytime I try to talk to you seriously about P180's kits demand, you just post a negative message or ignore. (Referring to your other threads).
Can't you just take out 15 minutes to talk to me over Yahoo Messenger, Facebook chat, etc.?

@ samrath :check out his company website raceconcepts.in he has never made out a package for cbzX , unicorn , dazzler , achiever read that properly he just said they are commuter oriented and no scope of race tuning them to my knowledge he works on RTRs (both 160 and 180) P220 hh ZMA R15 FZ and Honda city(4wheelers sorry for OT mods) he previously had kits for cbz classic and tvs fiero dont know if he still gives those packages hope i ve cleared you doubt and cbr250r the new addition
@joel bro : my question is too irrevalent as of now but just asking out of curiosity once i read one of your post in which you said any short stroke motor is capable of being tuned to a very aggressive state so does that mean can we expect some thing from RACE CONCEPTS for duke and p200ns in near future ; sorry for counting the chickens before they hatch

^^Even though the raceconcepts site has not be updated,Joel had launched the big bore kits for all the Honda/Hero 150cc engines a few days ago.

The DUKE and the P200 will for sure get our treatment when we get hold of one.
And yes, the bigbore for the Honda 150cc engines are now in stock.

The P200/P220 bigbore block can also be used on the P180. We just finished test fitting one and it works fine

Alright, now we're talking! Taking the discussion over e-mail now.

(But, Please Note that I have P180 UG3 and not UG4. Which version of P180 have you tested?)
