@Jeanie

Are you planning to use the same Cylinder Head?

Valve timings differ between RTR 180 and 160, so if your planning to get the RTR 180's Cylinder Head. then next concern is the Exhaust.

RTR 160's Exhaust has a smaller mouth to the Cylinder end and not sure how to increase the Dia, so you have to switch over to an FFE or RTR 180's Muffler kit.

Let me list down the Parts that are required,
RTR180's,
Cylinder Head (Gaskets and others can remain the same)
Exhaust
Secondary air injection pipe. (RTR180's have Air Reservoir in it)
Cylinder Block and Piston
Carburetor Assy
Intake Pipe at Carburetor
Crankshaft Assy
Oil Pump with its Driven Gear(due to 1.2 liters PM capacity in RTR180) (PS; Only the Oil Pump capacity has been increased and the Engine oil capacity is still 1000Ml)
Engine Sprocket teeth for 13T to 14T. (To avoid Transmission loss)

I suppose its better to order for an FFE to start with and then gradually get the other modds from Joel.

Forgot to mention,

RTR180's,

TCI Unit
Rear Sprockets from 44T to 46T

and to complete the entire setup more precisely,

You have to either change or modify the swingarm to increase the wheel base and also get a new Drive Chain.

So you don't get to go for 180cc(forget 190cc) from an RTR160.
