Dear All,
Please suggest or voice your opinion for the Suzuki Intruder M800.
I am looking forward to own it soon.

Kindly suggest some of the tips which would be essential to handle this Bull.

I heard that the Gas Tank sitting slightly higher than a normal Cruiser causes little jittery on the deep-turns or small-roundabouts.

Couple of things:

One, it's a heavy bike (but you probably already knew that one). You will have to learn to countersteer, since you will not be able to steer the bike just by shifting your weight.

Two: It's really long. The turning radius on that bike will rival (or exceed) some cars.

Three: For stupid style reasons, Suzuki cursed it with a really oversized rear tire. This causes the handling/turning to be very sluggish. Combined with the narrow handlebars, you will need to really push it to get it to turn.

As a counterweight to all that, it has a huge v-twin motor, which will generate all kinds of torque right from idle. You will probably not need to shift very often when riding. The suspension is actually of quite modern design, so you shouldn't have any trouble with going around corners. Just make sure that you set your cornering speed ahead of time, and accelerate gently through the turn. That will stabilize the suspension and negate any odd weight distribution (and yes, the bike is a bit top-heavy for a modern bike).

It indeed a heavy. My intention of the going for this is for balance.
The crub weight is 270KG, with full-tank & accessories, the weight is expected to be almost 290KG.

How about the maintaince.
Does it require the service every 3000KM or 5000KM.

Side note: the curb weight of the M1800 is 347kg, not 270kg.

Sorry for the belated reply. Your manual will tell you what the maintenance intervals are. If you search around some, you might be able to find the shop manual (the one the dealer mechanic uses) on the internet, which will have more detail.

A good rule of thumb, for any vehicle, is change the engine oil *and filter* every 3000km, and the air filter every 7000km (or if it's dirty, whichever comes first). The intruder is a shaft-drive bike, so no chain, but you should still change the fluid in the drive hub every year at least (or whatever the manual says, whichever comes first). Also, if your bike is water-cooled, flush and refill the cooling system every year, preferably in the spring just before hot weather (the coolant fluid breaks down over time, and you want it fresh when you get to the hottest parts of the year).

u will find it bulky to begin with but will get used to it. i have dragged the footpegs of intruder (1800) on turns, I see no reaso n why you should not be able to do the same on 800. I am sure the lighter bike will handle as well if not better than 1800.

Whoops. I didn't realize the M800 was being released in India. I assumed you were getting the M1800 and had just mistyped. If you are getting the 800, disregard my comments on the rear tire and the curb weight. Everything else stands, though. It's still a heavy bike, and still long.
