I am also planning to install one in my Pulsar 220.
if i install the one specific for pulsar then there is no need for upjetting right (that's what i understood)?
Yup that's right, You don't want to re-tune or jetting..just Kinda plug and play

K&n air filter??? hmmm great product,
but,, little bit expensive .

me, just cut one layer of original air filter. cut the white one and let the yellow in air filter box. the taste is like using K%N Protec air filter, etc

just cheaper solution but have big effect for me

Exclamation Need help regarding issues with K & N ba2201

HI,
today i have read lots of issues about K & N filters. for eg. one guy installed it and one day found in middle of his ride that his piston is blown up and stuck in head and crank is also messed up. they checed that no oil is left in engine and lots of Dirt inside found.
Also same thing happened with my co worker. his head of CBZ was blast due to K & N filter and found lots of dirt inside.
well they all are universal one.

now i know its stock replacement but still it takes more air and dirt as well.
so guys any suggestion. because i love to keep this but love my engine too.

Yeah very rare cases it may happen if they did not clean the air filter in proper interval or if they did not install it properly to me K&n is one of the best Air filter, It has its reputation.

Using this flter Ba 2201 Am pretty sure there wont any issues the reason behind its just a stock replacement but make sure You clean the filter in proper interval and also using the K&n cleaning kit.

Cheers bro

Thumbs up

superb bro is it available for pulsar 150 ? You said it doesn't have the roaring sound like the universal ones , but have you felt any difference when comparing stock sound ? If yes , then a revving video would be much appreciated
