i have a few questions though...

which avenger? 200? 220?
was the avenger coil a direct fit for the P18OUGIII?
any further mods/tweaks required?

If you are planning to fit this on a P180UG3 or the P150UG3 or the P200
then you need the avenger 180's stator coil part number DV 11 10 05
It is a direct fit and no extra mods required. It provides a 60 watt headlight line.

did u use OEM UG4 parts for this? or?
and what parts did u change?
rectifier? regulator too?? wiring harness???

Haven't changed any of the parts you mentioned. Going the UG4 way is too damn expensive and worthless. I followed Rahuldevnath's P180UG3 DC mod. Search the forum and you'll find it. Its the simplest DIY mod which I executed all by myself with telephone help by Rahul. Now this is my 3rd circuit and now I have mastered the art!

have u faced any battery drainage issues?
and for how long can u run ur HID on at a stretch?
My HID lasted a good 6 hours on a highway. In the city too it shows no damn problems. I use a Roots Windtone 5A horn too and I honk a lot. Still it works strong! You can try it on a stock stator. But upgrading to the avenger coil is recommended. Rewinding is even better.

so u just replaced P18OUGIII cams with P220F cams??
done? thats it? any changes to the ignition timing?
Yes a simple swap job. Just that you need to get the allen head bolt from the 220F.It is the one that holds the timing chain sprocket on the camshaft and is longer than the one found in the P180UG3. The difference in acceleration is quite good and for the kinda money, its simply worth it.
Answers in bold!

@blackprince: You mentioned that you've replaced the 'main-stand' as the previous one was faulty. Could you please elaborate on that a little, as in, what did you mean when you say 'faulty'..
black alloys would have done more justice to your bike as your's is a "fear the black" version
