Default Mods to a Classic P150

I have a modification query & I cant find a more appropriate thread to post my query. Apologies to admins if this is the wrong place.

I hope someone can help me with the following doubts

1. Would it be possible to fit the fairing of the P220 on my Pulsar 150 Classic ? If yes, what changes would I have to do to the bodywork with regards to fitting the fairing (Im assuming there are mount points, I havent really checked) What about the battery & other electricals for the indicators ?

2. Assuming the above goes off smoothly there still is the problem of the colour of the fairing not matching the colour of my red Pulsar. Is it possible to paint the fairing of the Pulsar or do I have to change the paint of my bike to match the fairing ?

3. Assuming that I can put the fairing without any issues & the fairing can be painted, what are the issues one faces with changing the overall bike colour. Say I want to change the colour of the entire bike to another colour, then will I face any issues with the RC and papers cause it will say that it is a red Pulsar? What do I do in such a case ?

Any help is much appreciated. Im putting on hold my plans for modding my red beaut until Im sure of the above issues. Muchos gracias in advance !

Yes it can be done
In My area i have seen two P150's V2 model has got this P220 fairing.........

But to be frank those doesnt looks good to me...........its a ugly kind of work........

But i enquired a guy in Chennai who has done it --------- while in the traffic signal -----he said it was a After Market one
It costed some 3000 for him.........for including fitting and alll...........
I just looked it - he has screwed his tank - and some inside welding jobs been done ..........But to be frank it doesnt looked good - with the Analog Speedo console swinging inside the Fairing

when you modify a bike remember to keep it as original as possible

you can do a lot of other things instead of spending 8K for the fairing which in the end will look cheap

Hey Thunder,

Thanks for the info. Actually the first thing I will be doing is getting the analog clocks changed to the new ones. Ive already enquired about that so thats step 1 on my list. Possibly with a change in the backlighting as well. Since youve seen such a fitment (and I havent yet) could you tell me, is the gap between the fairing and the analog clocks too much ?
