Mr. Google says it could possibly be the Italian Vespa - GS150

The Vespa GS150 series reaching from VS1 to VS5 is one of the most appreciated and sought for Vespa models nowadays. Primarily because of its rounded cowl and attractive lines where the seat follows the rounder shape of the chassis in a characteristic way. It has a, for that time, quite alert 150cc engine giving 8 hp at 7000 rpm which resulted in a top speed around 100 km/h.
