Mobile shops who do lamination can do it , r try to get a good quality transparent plastic , cover the keychain with it & use hair dryer from some distance to get that plastic fitted . But be sure no more heat & good plastic , as any of these wrong make it ugly .

I think mobile lamination is not done now a days as I have not seen any in the past couple of years.
