although i am searching for an used SBk..
its very difficult getting both feet flat on a superbike unless u are 6 ft atleast, u can trim the seat foam abit to cut down about half inch of the seat height, but u dont need to flat foot a superbike unless u want to move it around with ur feet the hayabusa has the lowest seat height in the sportsbikes .

There are very very few official 600's in the market, i would not suggest an illegal bike as u will fall in trouble one day or the other with the dri, its not worth the headache, if u can get a full duty paid cbr600rr nothing like that, its a good & easy to ride 600..

I guess the primary reason behind people's fetish with fully-faired motorcycle has to do a lot with the movies and the general hear-say, if you know what I mean.

As for the CB 1000R, it is one of the best naked motorcycles that money can buy. ENOUGH power, good riding posture unlike the crouched position required on the fully-faired machines, and beautiful to look at too. I doubt if anyone at xBhp owns the CB, I would also love to hear the hands-on review of that machine. It is one of my personal favourite bikes.

The MT is pretty good too, not exactly the same category as the CB1000R but amazing fun. But seriously, you've got to see the Streetfighter, that takes naked sports to a completely different level.

Totally agree! For some reason, I have NEVER liked Ducatis, but seeing the Street-Fighter has totally changed my opinion. The ONLY Duke that I LOVE is the Street-Fighter.

I think you're missing something; the entire range of Ducs is awesome. Italians know style. They may not be the best running but in the style department nothing else comes close.

I'd love to get a hypermotard, it would be the perfect urban assault vehicle but I'm afraid the resale would be rubbish. No one wants a whacky bike, everyone wants a crotch rocket. Then the Monster series, all awesome bikes.

The superbikes, they look so amazingly sexy in the flesh and then the SF, based on the 1098. Believe me; they will scare the living daylights out of you. They beg to be ridden hard and will reward you for it. They will not forgive mistakes easily and keep you grinning all they way from start to end. They're not for newbies and certainly not for the faint hearted. Uncivilized, raw and rough. If you want smooth and calm then look elsewhere.

I TD the ducati monster 1100 recently and I didn't like it too much, I mean it looked good, was comfortable, reasonably good handling but unexciting. just my personal opinion, maybe it grows upon you. how is the monster different to the 848 regarding engine characteristics, sound and power delivery considering both are L-twins. I know one is a naked and the other is a superbike.
