L won't fit you, you need M. KP&I are both heavier than you&we use M too!

see bro, you can see my health in my avtar and L is fitting me perfectly..
accurate at shoulders and length
so i guess you should try one of xbhp'ians Tee and then judge
and M is smaller in length for me as my height is 5'11"
