Arrow Enfield Silencer all possible mods

i guess this topic is taken up a lot of time but not seperately and exclusively has it been discussed, for all the possible mods that can be done.
actually most of the retro vintage lovers will not like my idea of fiddling with the soul of a bullet, but this thread will be helpful for bullet owners like me who are not owning a vintage and just want get out of the same look/sounding/performing thumpers.

i have some ideas, though i need expert views on it and availability of certain things. so plz experts let it run.

possibilities.

1. what if u take out the bullet silencer completely and replace it with a high rise(or whatever rise/fall i dont care) hollow fabricated pipe(not silencer).how will it effect power and exhaust? positively or negatively.how would be the sound??will it effect mileage???

2.What if you somehow get hands on insulating exhaust tape(where can i get this???)and put it over my silencer.will there be substantial difference in the power and performance???

3.from the point of PERFORMANCE which is a better silencer assuming that everything else is stock in a 350 std 2009 enfield(carbs, cams, air filters etc)
____a)stock b)75 model's stock (ive got one) c)goldstar d)any other.

4. if ive missed anything plz post it, coz im new to bullets.

bom

All from SANS WORKS

Laxmi udyog silencer(ludhiana)-
The thump is loud and gud only till 50 km/hr .After that the silencer roars and annoys everyone around.More over due to its free flow character it tends to heat up the engine if not tuned well.

Chennai made silencer(Quality)-
This particular is the most common silencer all around. The thump is very less but meaty.I mean if u looking fr a comparatively higher thump then this silencer is a waste of money. The best thing it has is its nil effects on the engine.

Goldstar by Sans Inc.-
Its the one silencer thats getting popular lately. It has special conical baffles which produce a thump that doesn't annoys u even if u revv ur bike to 80 km/hr.Its gives u a slight increase in initial pick up too.

Std 500 cc short botel silencer

Original RE silencer

I saw an Army stunt team perform at RD parade and they used bullets witrhout silencers as this suited their requirements and it created quite a racket.

the best exhaust system(may be bad sounding) with least resistance would be achieved by removing my silencer and muffler and just leaving the small tube(bend pipe) coming out of the cumbustion chamber. that is the highest achievable output of gases i guess without further enlarging the exhaust valve(and i dont have any ideas if that can be done or should be done, anyways).
so now the carb and air filter be modded accordinngly(ie xxl size hehe) to fulfill the supply fuel mixture.and if i think im getting it right may be it will enhance bhp by 2-3 units.
plz comment techies............. on the theroy
and bros ive got and 2009 350 std and a 1962 350 std
and im planning to mod the 1962 model for power, plz give ur opinion.
