Yes names do matter to me. You wont see me riding a Hunk. That said,I am not a brand biased buyer. I wont buy something blindly if it comes from a particular brand. I dont care if it comes from Honda,HH,Bajaj or Yamaha,if the end product is excellent, I dont mind shelling out money to get it. The converse is true too,if the product is bad even if it comes from a reputed company,I will be off cribbing and bickering.
That said,I prefer my bikes to have names instead of numbers. I want them to have a soul(with a name) rather than be a machine(numbers).
The Fiero,Discover and the Gladiator.Notice a pattern?

P.S.: Yes,I am a Lamborghini fan.

I have a thing about naming me bikes with their own names Like

I used to call the ol

RX -135 - Powerslave (Cos her number was X-7666 and Iron Maiden my favorite band have an album called the X factor and she had the number of the beast in her number and Powerslave is a killer Iron Maiden album and song)

P-180 - Anduril (Named after the legendary sword of Aragon/Strider from lord of the Rings)

Bullet Electra - Pheonix (Well she was the Phoenix no particular reason)

Yamaha FZs - Baby Beast ( Cos she is a beast and my baby )

And plan to call the RX that is going to come "Rex" as of now.

A better (straight?) way to put this is, I'm a "Hunk Rider".

I'm the lawyer of the Hunk Riders! I'll protect my clients at all costs...

Jokes Apart, name my bike anything but it should perform damn good!
Say, We all have a passion for biking, but do we own HH "Passion" ... No, not all of us.

Names don't matter!

hehehehe! Today after work I was having Chai at this random chaishop in Tilaknagar, B'lore and saw this hoarding for an underwear brand called "Macho" and ironically there was a HH Hunk parked under that hoarding. Which led me into thinking that it s an apter name for Underwear rather than a motorbike lol!! :-P
