wish I had talents like him.... 1000 ccs beneath each leg ! But apparently the main reason behind this bike was that my elder brother used to feel "left out" when I took blade for a ride with other friends. Now he can come along too! We were joking that whenever a turn or a roundabout comes, he is gonna leave us behind because of "cross plane crank shaft being quick in turns" syndrome !

This bike of ours has been ordered for the last 3 months, so strange they have already got it in Mumbai, and Kolkata it took so much time....
I was in europe for a month, was smitten by the European beauties there..(like aprilia, triumph, ducati,bmw). Nothing lined up as yet, but maybe one of those next time (whenever that is)

It would be interesting to hear from you about both the bikes as you would be having '09 Fireblade and the '10 R1 (which is same as the '09 R1) at your stable. Both these machines were top contenders for the Bike of the year @ MCN with R1 taking the top slot marginally ahead of the Fireblade!! Eagerly waiting for the Ride Experience Comparo....!!
