hayabusa means falcon ...i think...correct me if i am wrong..
it was named bcos honda blakbird...as falcon eats black bird..there fore it is named so

@ AMAR: Hayabusa means "falcon" in Japanese, and the Japanese hayabusa falcon is one of the fastest birds
on the planet and the bike is by far, the fastest of any mass production bike. The Hayabusa can reach
speeds in excess of 190 mph going in a straight line.
The winds get so excessive that the handle bar brakes have to be specially designed aerodynamics otherwise the wind will push them on. [^][^][^]

Ahhhh.. Honda_rr : U made my day man!! Love those pics.. esp of the 2004 LE! Those pics are pretty hard to come by...

Hayabusa is the Japanese name for the Peregrine Falcon. A bird thats supposedly capable of reaching 300kmph when its after its prey.
