I guess we are encroaching on Night Rider's thread. Archit, It would be great if you started a seperate thread. @ Bigron, I am guessing you are referring to speaking to Suresh Babu who is the country head for Suzuki sitting in Gurgaon. I don't think it will be necessary.
It is confirmed that Glacial White will be one of the colours with black and grey streaks and Hayabusa written in red. Regarding deliveries, 2012 bikes will start being delivered to customers by mid December if booked now. 2011 are available faster. |

@ riddick - suresh babu is not the country head. i was referring to someone much higher to him and who actually overseas the entire big bike operations in india for suzuki motor corp. Having said that if the prospective buyer knows what he wants and when he wants it there isn't much left to discuss.

Hi Everyone,
At last managed to do a long awaited trip with fellow group members. It was the last weekend when we planned a trip. Destination was decided as Rishikesh, but rain ruined it all. So in the morning 6 o'clock we changed it to Kasauli. 6 Bikers with there Bikes were ready at 8 on the Karnal highway. As the rods were mostly wet throughout we had to be extra careful while riding there beasts. The ride was fun and the weather was awesome. We took few decent halts in between and rode to Chandigarh. By the time we reached Kasauli it was dark and icy cold and god blessed us with Hail. We just bailed in a hotel but found it worst than a govt guest house. Finally after searching for an hour we got a decent hotel where we stayed for the night. The night was enjoyable and very damn cold, temp had fallen below zero and we were not allowed to use an electric heater or burn wood, and because or rail we could not burn coal as well. So we stayed inside most of the time with all our biking gear on, we took it off only when we went to bed. Had nice food, gossip and loads of laughter. Next day morning it was sunny with dry and lovely weather. We took off at 10, clicked some pics along the way and descended downhill. The roads were dried up so had loads of leaning fun on them. Reached Zirakpur where we had to stop as a fellow rider had a small glitch with his rear brakes. After rectifying the prob, we propelled towards Delhi. Nice sunny weather and less traffic it was a dream ride. With 6 bikes sounding in unison and people making way for us, it was absolute bliss. Reached Pind Balluchi at Karnal where we filled our bellies and moved forward. With some fog descending down we reached Delhi well in time where we parted ways promising each other another ride in upcoming weeks. Cheers to all friends who were part of the ride.
