what do u think guys..is it worth it..once in a while..
Dont know but i really wouldnt experience or experiment with them if i had a R1
I think the usual services would take care of pressure washing and then you can once in two weeks apply wax polish, tyre detailers etc to enhance the looks. Washing a sportsbike is not everyone's piece of cake as cars can take the impact of water pressure where as bikes with all the electricals may have issues if its directed sprayed upon.

I dont think these guys offer anything for bikes, go for 3M if you can. A friend of mine got 3M paint treatment done on his Busa and was extremely happy with it, try searching for their contact no, i had to urge him a lot and explain him that it costs 15 lakhs so please visit his home and do the polishing

I dont really know what tyre detailer means but please do not put anything on the tyres. Any chemical on the tyre is not a good idea.

The bikes have no issue with pressure jets or any other water jets. Wash the bike like you would a car. Just dont spray water directly on the meters or the ignition point thats it. Also park the bike in the sun just in case some water is left. Lube the chain and you are done. Wax it once in 15 days or a month depending upon your usage. my bike in 4.5 months old and has covered 8000 kms and i wash it just like a car and have not faced any problems. do it yourself , keep it as a sunday / holiday job and you ll enjoy it. wash , dry , wax and ride.

Loving the 2012 R1 front look now compared to the 09-11, looks very menacing, any day time pics?
Enjoy & ride SAFE..
